Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the electronic items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Device

  Ensure the product is in its original condition with all accessories, manuals, and packaging included, and perform a factory reset to remove any personal data.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
